The foundation of strength starts with correct movement patterns with lighter weights focused on enhanced joint control, increasing mobility, and improving your overall coordination.

Phase 1
Hypertrophy
Build strength by developing the size of your muscles to appear larger with more muscle definition. Through heavier weights & moderate to heavy weight lifting.
phase 2
Maximal Strength
The full exertion of a muscle to produce maximal force to create dense thicker muscle tissue. Through high intensity, low reps and adequate rest.
phase 3
You will cycle through each of the 3 phases multiple times over the 6 month periodized program. Each phase will build upon the last, incorporate de-load weeks to avoid overtraining, and continue to build a well rounded stronger body!
