Being a mountain woman/ man is the ultimate dream. Imagine waking up, having your oatmeal for breakfast, and heading out on a trailhead with zero hesitation in your body’s ability to absolutely crush your hiking, biking, & climbing. Ugh, the freedom!

What’s Included:

Increase your body’s ability to hike, climb, and trek up mountains a whole lot easier with this 6 week hiking prep program. This program has a specific focus on improving lower body strength, balance, coordination, & overall conditioning to make your outdoor adventures as effortless as possible.

  • 4 training sessions a week​​ (3 lower, 1 upper, bursts of cardio & core)

    • ​All workouts between 40-60 minutes

    • All workouts include a warm up & cool down stretch and demo videos for each exercises

  • 20 page Hiking Guide​

    • How to choose your hikes​ and understand distance & elevation

    • Hiking tips & tricks to improve the ease of your trip

    • Nutrition advice to support your body during & after your adventures
