  • 1:1 messaging access, can communicate with me as often as you need to- message, video, photo, voice memo all available

  • Monthly 1hr video call to review, refocus & provide support

  • Community support group

  • Daily habit checks based on your specific needs & wants

  • Weekly mindset coaching video exclusively for clients

  • + More specifics depending on if you would like training or nutrition programs

We go over all memberships + details on your free no obligation consult call.

**The current industry standard pricing for the value I provide is between $300-$600/month and I am WELL within that standard. I want to get to know you and give you all the info you need to make an informed decision that is best for you.
